Hello 2025! Caregivers, Start Your New Year with Self-Care

Caring for a loved one can be both rewarding and challenging. Our Caregiver Tea support group offers a safe, welcoming space where you can share your experiences, find encouragement, and connect with others who truly understand your journey. Join us for an evening of tea, refreshments, and the chance to share tips with other fellow caregivers. You are not alone in your caregiving journey. Fill up your cup by joining us for an evening of connection and support!

This event is *FREE* to attend thanks to our healthcare sponsor, CenterWell Senior Primary Care. CenterWell's primary care services are designed with seniors in mind. They provide short wait times and unhurried doctor visits, and a compassionate care team that truly listens. CenterWell also hosts a variety of community events, enhancing the social lives of our beloved seniors.

Senior Community
Site Visit Checklist

If you’re searching for a senior community, plan ahead for your site visit. Get tips on what to look for and how to connect with the care team.

Our Impact

In our Love Kits, our love notes remind seniors they are loved and the senior activity reminds the caregiving staff what lights the seniors up—their favorite color, music, food. Our “You are Wonderful” pins show appreciation for the caregiving staff. And our sweet treats and Spotify playlist add the final touches for a celebratory afternoon.

Our portraits capture the spirit of seniors and caregivers, reminding themselves and their loved ones how much they are loved and appreciated.

Our caregiver guides support all caregivers—paid or unpaid—so they know they’re not alone in their caregiving journeys.
