Instructions for Decorating your Love Note!

STEP 1: Download and print your Love Note template!

STEP 2: Get Organized!

Gather all of your art supplies together, this can include:

  • Crayons, Markers, Colored Pencils

  • Sparkle or Colored Glue

  • Stickers or decorative stamps

  • Stencils for drawing pictures or letters

STEP 3: Be Creative! 

Create a picture or write a message that you’d like to share with a senior or caregiver in
your community

  • For ideas, see our list of positive affirmations included with the template. Remember that we want to brighten their day and let them know we’re thinking of them!

STEP 4: Show Off!

Post a photo of your decorated Love Note with the hashtag #gladysloveproject on Instagram (@gladysloveproject) or Facebook (Gladys Love Project) for everyone to see!

  •  If you’re under 18 and you’d like to include yourself in the picture, please be sure that:

    • you have permission from your parents or an adult 

    • your parents or an adult have submitted a Release Form

  • Follow us on Instagram (@gladysloveproject) and Facebook (Gladys Love Project) and sign-up for email at https://gladysloveproject.org/subscribe to receive monthly updates on how we’re celebrating seniors and caregivers

STEP 5: Mail It!

Now you’re ready to mail your Love Note to us! 

  • Place your decorated Love Note in the mail. Address it to:

    123 Chatham St.
    Chatham, NJ 07928

  • You can also deliver your Love Note to your designated Gladys Love Project contact, if applicable.

  • Then, don’t forget to visit us at www.gladysloveproject.org/thankyou to confirm your Love Note was mailed, so we’ll know it’s on the way to us!

After we receive your Love Note, we’ll deliver it to our seniors and caregivers!
