Volunteer Release Form

I grant to Gladys Love Project, Inc. the right and permission to take photographs and utilize depictions of me and my property in accordance with: my image, voice, or name in any film, videotape, photograph, or print, or Internet distribution for unlimited broadcast, fundraising, and distribution. 

I authorize Gladys Love Project, Inc. to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically.

I agree that Gladys Love Project, Inc. may use such photographs and depictions of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including, for example, such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Internet content.

I release Gladys Love Project from liability for any violation of any personal or proprietary right I may have in connection with the use of such photographs and depictions. I understand that all such photographs and depictions, in whatever medium, shall remain the property of Gladys Love Project, Inc.
