Join us for a cozy gathering designed for caregivers — a moment to pause, breathe, and pour a little love back into yourself. Grab your favorite cup of tea and settle in, because this time is yours.
We'll begin with a guided meditation to help you release the weight of the day and reconnect with the present moment. Then, we'll get our hands busy with a DIY Sugar Scrub made entirely from simple, natural ingredients.
Join us for Hearts in Bloom, our inaugural High Tea fundraiser at the Duke Mansion for an afternoon of connection, care and celebration in honor of our beloved elders and caregivers.
The Go Jen Go Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to providing critical financial assistance to local individuals and families in the Greater Charlotte, NC area who are battling breast cancer. The foundation provides aid during all phases of the cancer journey including diagnosis, treatment, and recovery.
Day of Hope is Go Jen Go’s annual event for grantees they have supported during the past two years. It is a chance for them to enjoy a day of fellowship, celebration, education and relaxation, and feel the power of connection, community and support.
We look forward to offering ways for Go Jen Go’s caregiver community to practice mindfulness and fostering deeper connections with the loved ones they care for.

Join us on January 29th at CenterWell Senior Primary Care (Wilkinson location) for a moment to pause, exhale, and receive the same care you so generously give to others. Caregivers are invited to enjoy warm tea, light refreshments, and a deeply calming sound healing experience led by Racquel Washington, M.A.
Using gentle tones from crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments, Racquel will guide you on a restorative sound journey designed to support relaxation, stress relief, and emotional renewal. Please bring a yoga mat if you’d like to lie down during the session, and a journal for optional reflection time afterward.
To make true rest possible, on-site companion care will be provided for your loved one in the community room within the venue. While caregivers relax into the sound healing experience in the main space, elders will enjoy gentle activities, conversation, and attentive supervision—close enough for peace of mind, yet separate enough for caregivers to fully unwind.
